Automated Swing Gate Installation, Machakos

This Machakos property had a striking ornate green double-leaf gate with decorative wrought-iron scrollwork at the top, the kind of gate that's worth automating rather than replacing, since the existing ironwork was both structurally sound and the visual centrepiece of the entrance.

Elatec fitted a pair of arm-style swing gate motors, one per leaf, mounted low on each gate panel where they stay largely out of view against the solid lower gate panels. Each motor drives its leaf independently, opening and closing in sync via the paired remote control system.

The result keeps the gate's original decorative character fully intact while adding push-button and remote-controlled entry. The client no longer needs to get out of the car to open or close the gate manually.
