In Nairobi, effective peak solar hours average 5–6 hours per day. The pump runs during these hours, pumping water into a storage tank that provides supply around the clock.

What happens on cloudy days?

MPPT controllers extract maximum power from panels even at reduced irradiance, so the pump still operates at reduced speed.

Can I use the same system for irrigation?

Yes. We can configure the system to pump directly to drip or sprinkler irrigation lines during the day, or to a tank for gravity-fed irrigation.

What borehole depth can you pump from?

We supply pumps rated from 30m to 300m+ depth. The pump selection depends on your specific borehole completion report.

Do you handle borehole drilling?
