Single-Post Cantilever Car Parking Shade, Kikuyu

This Kikuyu property's driveway sits beneath mature shade trees and runs close to the boundary wall, leaving limited space for a standard multi-post carport. A single-post cantilever design was the practical fit, anchoring the whole structure from one corner post rather than framing the driveway on both sides.

Elatec erected the cantilever frame tight against the boundary wall, with the green tensile fabric roof extending out to cover the full parking bay below. The single support post keeps the driveway itself completely unobstructed, important given the tight approach beneath the existing trees.

The green fabric tone was chosen to blend with both the mature garden canopy overhead and the property's green-toned electric fence posts visible along the same boundary wall, giving the carport a cohesive look alongside the site's existing security fencing.
