Single-Post Cantilever Car Parking Shade, Lavington

This Lavington property's driveway sits directly in front of an architecturally detailed double-storey residence, with a decorative balustraded balcony and stone-clad columns framing the entrance. Any shade structure needed to cover the parking area without visually competing with or physically crowding that façade.

Elatec fitted a single-post cantilever structure angled away from the building, with the green tensile fabric roof extending out to cover the full parking bay while the support post and cross-bracing stay clear of the entrance steps and columns.

The finished shade now covers the driveway parking area right at the entrance, giving the client weather-protected parking without a single post or beam interrupting the view of the home's detailed frontage.
