Cantilever Car Parking Shade, Nairobi Office Park

This office park needed visitor parking cover that matched the building's modern architecture rather than a standard bright-coloured carport. A dark charcoal tensile fabric was chosen to sit quietly against the building's cream façade and landscaped entrance beds.

Elatec fabricated a cantilever structure with the support posts set back from the parking bays, keeping the covered area clear for vehicles to manoeuvre in and out without obstruction, an important detail for a busy office visitor car park.

The finished shade now covers the full run of visitor bays along the building's entrance drive, giving guests weather-protected parking that complements rather than competes with the property's landscaping.
