350L Solar Water Heater Installation, Kisumu

This Kisumu home opted for a 350-litre solar water heater, the largest standard residential size in Elatec's range, sized for a household with higher daily hot water demand than a standard 200L unit covers.

Elatec's technician can be seen fitting the full run of evacuated glass collector tubes to the stainless tank, working with additional boxed tubes delivered directly to the roof to complete the larger array a 350L system requires. Once fully assembled, the tank and collector array were secured to the tiled roof and connected into the household's hot water plumbing.

With Kisumu's hills visible in the background of the finished shot, the completed system now gives the household a substantially larger hot water reserve, heated entirely by rooftop solar collection rather than an electric geyser.
